United Teletech Financial partners with FundingLogic to host free workshop
(TINTON FALLS, N.J.) – Non-profit organizations can participate in a free, one-day workshop designed to showcase how to maximize fundraising efforts. The event, hosted by United Teletech Financial Federal Credit Union (UTF), will feature fundraising experts FundingLogic and will be held at 9 a.m. on Feb. 19 at the DoubleTree by Hilton of Tinton Falls.
“Our local non-profit organizations do amazing work in our community and after Hurricane Sandy, we know that resources and funding are tight. At United Teletech Financial, we value our non-profits’ dedication to improving our community. We want to do what we can to help them raise the funds they need to continue to offer those services to our community,” Leo R. Ardine, President/CEO of UTF, said.
FundingLogic, led by Jim and Scott Holdman, has worked with hundreds of nonprofits and have netted together a series of solutions into a one-of-a-kind training framework.
“The FundingLogic framework is a dynamic fundraising methodology that provides structure for processing information, getting your team on the same page and giving your good ideas a place to grow. This framework creates a path for you to discover and implement your creative voice. It’s designed for asking questions, making decisions and knowing where to go next,” Scott Holdman, Vice President of FundingLogic, said.
“United Teletech Financial is doing extraordinary work in its community with events like the Million Dollar Community Challenge, and FundingLogic is pleased to partner with them to help local charities,” he added.
In the workshop, participants will learn to “rethink fundraising, understand board roles, tell their story, attract and sustain donors, raise major gifts, secure planned giving and put it all together into an easy-to-follow cohesive strategy,” Holdman explained.
Regardless of an organization’s experience, size or limitations, the workshop is designed to equip all participants with easy-to-use techniques and tools to engage more donors, secure more resources and build long-term sustainability
The workshop is free and open to registered non-profit organizations. UTF will also provide complimentary break refreshments, lunch and workshop materials.
Space is limited. To register, non-profit organizations can go to JerseySaves.org/fundinglogic or call UTF at (732) 530-8100 extension 3000
