Freedom Offers Emergency Relief Loans to Help Members Recover From Hurricane Sandy

Warminster, PA  – (November 2, 2012) - In response to the damage caused by Hurricane Sandy this week, Freedom Credit Union is now offering an Emergency Relief Loan to Members who were affected by this disastrous storm. Freedom has committed two million dollars in funding for the Emergency Relief Loans - all in the hope that we can help our Members get back on their feet as soon as possible.
One of the major ways that the Emergency Relief Loan benefits our Members is that all loans will have a very low fixed rate regardless of the Member’s credit score. Also, Members can borrow up to $1,500 over an 18 month term. That’s less than $100 per month to repay this loan. Freedom will even provide same-day funding if the loan application is received by 3 PM. Applications for the loans will be accepted until December 31st  or until all of the two million dollars has been put to work with the Emergency Relief Loans. Members are encouraged to apply at any Freedom branch or visit FreedomCU.org to learn more.
