WARMINSTER, PA (April 11, 2013) - Freedom Credit Union has won Montco Happening’s first ever people’s choice award for “best bank” in Montgomery County, PA. The Happening List is Montco’s People’s Choice competition, a contest that decides who is the most happening person, place, event or business in Montgomery County. Anyone can be nominated and voting is 100% up to faithful fans, followers, and Members. The contest received over 50,000 votes from people across Montgomery County. Freedom’s Vice President of Marketing, Gerard McGeever, said, “We are thrilled to be a part of this community and feel so honored to be chosen by the people for this award.”
