FORUM Credit Union recently placed tenth among large companies for the Indiana Chamber of Commerce’s 2024 Best Places to Work. This marks the thirteenth consecutive year FORUM has received recognition on this list. Additionally, FORUM was the only financial institution to receive a ranking in the large company category.
On Wednesday, May 8th, 193 companies were honored at a celebration held in Indianapolis at the Indiana Convention Center. Honorees and rankings were determined through employer reports and a comprehensive, anonymous employee survey. The Workforce Research Group handled the selection process. Winners were selected from four categories: small companies between 15 and 74 U.S. employees; medium companies between 75 and 249 employees; large companies between 250 and 999 employees; and major companies with 1,000 or more employees.
“This is quite an accomplishment to consistently earn this elite designation. Without our teammates and their commitment to serve our members, each other, and our communities, this recognition would not be possible. And while it is wonderful to receive the acknowledgement, it is especially valuable to understand how we can apply what we learned from this process and work together to make FORUM an even better career home for our teammates,” said Doug True, CEO of FORUM Credit Union.
