FORUM Credit Union honors retired teammates

Indianapolis, IN (January 31, 2025) |

FORUM honors three longstanding teammates who have retired in the past  three months: Richard Jackson, Torrie Thompson, and Beverly Balke. Each employee had a celebratory paver ceremony  in the FORUM Headquarters Courtyard to commemorate their time at FORUM.

Richard Jackson’s retirement celebration was on November 4, 2024. He was hired in August 2004 and was instrumental  in FORUM's Indirect Lending Department. For 20 years he helped expand FORUM's dealer partner footprint and built  FORUM's reputation as a quality financing partner. As a pilot during his personal time, he provided aerial photography  of the HQ campus over the years. He is also known for his grilling skills and fed hundreds of FORUM teammates at Spirit  of FORUM events over the years.

Torrie Thompson’s paver ceremony was held on December 5, 2024. Hired in October 1997, Torrie provided 27 years of  exceptional service. Torrie was a mainstay at FORUM’s East Washington and Brookville Road branches and members  benefitted from her expertise, her genuine care for others, and for the professional service she was well known for  every day. She made a difference for the thousands of members she served, the teammates she impacted, and the  contributions she made to the growth and success of the Credit Union.

Beverly Balke’s paver ceremony and celebration was held on January 28, 2025. Hired in April 2006, Bev’s 19 years of  service left a lasting impact on both members and teammates alike. Having spent most of her time with FORUM leading  the Noblesville branch, Bev became known as a leader who developed her teammates into leaders. She passionately  served the Noblesville community, helped thousands of members live their financial dreams, and mentored numerous  FORUM teammates throughout her two decades.
