Wescom Financial is helping Southern California residents wake up this Sunday, March 9, 2025, by picking up the tab at select The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf® locations in Los Angeles, Orange, Ventura, Riverside and San Bernardino counties.
“Now in its eleventh year, our annual Daylight Saving Time tradition of helping people throughout Southern California spring forward holds a special place in our hearts,” noted Tamar Atamian, Vice President of Marketing at Wescom Financial. “For more than 90 years, Wescom has been a part of the Southern California community, so helping residents here is core to who we are. This is especially true right now because so many in our community have experienced a challenging start to the year, so bringing a smile to people’s faces through this annual #WescomKindness event is even more meaningful.”
Starting when CBTL’s doors open on Sunday, March 9, Wescom will be providing up to $44,000 worth of coffee and tea beverages. The free beverages are available on a first-come, first-served basis until $2,000 in funds allocated to each of the 22 participating cafés have been exhausted. In addition to the free beverages at The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf, Wescom is offering Southern Californians a chance to win $1,000. The winner will be chosen randomly from eligible participants.
“Our guests look forward to Wescom’s annual Daylight Saving Time event because it’s a nice pick-me-up, helping them kickstart their Sunday morning at our cafés,” said Dee Hadley, Head of Marketing Americas for The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf® brand. “Everyone may be losing an hour of sleep, but because of our longstanding partnership with Wescom, Southern Californians can enjoy a great start to their day with a free cup of coffee or tea.”
