First National Bank of Central Texas completes Enterprise Risk Management Implementation under Endurance Advisory Partners leadership
DALLAS, TX (October 28, 2024) — Endurance Advisory Partners announced today that The First National Bank of Central Texas (FNBCT), headquartered in Waco, Texas, has completed implementation of an Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) Program under the firm’s guidance.
The ERM and the Endurance Advisory Partners team was led by Praful Mainker, who has also been acting as Chief Risk Officer of the bank as part of the initiative. Mainker and team were tasked with implementing Enterprise Risk Management and upgrading risk management practices.
