Lisa Barshinger, was promoted to Community Development Director for First Capital Federal Credit Union as well as the Executive Director of the new FirstCap Gives Back Foundation, the charitable arm of First Capital Federal Credit Union.
In 2011, Lisa joined the First Capital team as Business Development Representative. In that role, Lisa worked with our Preferred Business Partners to educate their employees about the Credit Union benefit. Thirteen years later, Lisa’s role has grown to incorporate financial education in businesses and schools; running our FirstCap Gives Back Foundation which includes supporting charitable endeavors with local community organizations; and organizing First Capital events.
Lisa is involved in various community organizations. She is an ambassador for the York County Economic Alliance and a member of the Women’s Business Center Organization. She is a longtime volunteer for Junior Achievement and Hospice & Community Cares.
