YORK, PA (October 18, 2024) — On Thursday, October 17, 2024, First Capital Federal Credit Union celebrated International Credit Union Day with a special Member Benefit Day at its branches. Members were treated to free lunch, giveaways, and prize drawings!
In addition, First Capital offered free shredding services at its West York office and collected 16 pints of blood for the Central Penn Blood Bank.
“Member Benefit Day is all about showing our members how much we appreciate them,” said Tara Houser, SVP of Marketing. “It’s also a great way to show how we’re more than just a financial institution. We are people helping people.”
First Capital also sold candy bars at all branches and collected food to support the York County Food Bank. Overall, both members and employees had a great time celebrating on a beautiful fall day.
