McMullen has more than 10 years of experience in the financial services industry, most recently as a commercial banker at Adams Bank & Trust where he managed all aspects of commercial loan portfolios. A Colorado native, McMullen holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from the University of Colorado at Colorado Springs. He sits on the Board of Directors of Safe Passage.
