Endurance FCU elects new board member

Endurance Federal Credit Union voted in a new board member at their May Board of Directors meeting.

Braden Scott, Integrator and Chief Financial Officer at Sooner Mobile X-Ray, was voted in as a Director of the Board. Travis Buchanan, previously held the position of Director but took over the position of Vice Chairman with Gary Lovett stepping down from the board. 

Gary served on Endurance FCU’s Board of Directors for 25 years. “We appreciate Gary and his time served on our board,” said Chris Bower, President and CEO. “He and our chairman worked closely together for many years to provide our staff with the tools needed so that we could succeed and be the financial institution of choice.”

Bower says they are excited to have a Scott on the board of directors. “I think Braden can bring a young, generational outlook to the table. We are excited to have him as a part of the team.”

Endurance Federal Credit Union

Endurance Federal Credit Union (Endurance FCU) was chartered August 12, 1960 as Duncan Industrial Services Credit Union, servicing Halliburton and other oilfield and industrial employees in Duncan. We changed our name to Halliburton Employees’ Credit Union in 1969 and by the late 1980’s all Halliburton employees were eligible to join. In 2018, our name was changed to Endurance Federal Credit Union in an effort to become more community minded and to give the people of our communities a greater opportunity to join. Endurance FCU still maintains its relationships with Halliburton, their employees and family members, as well as, our other Select Employee Groups.
