Workers Credit Union announces the appointment of Elizabeth Hayes as their Executive Vice President & Chief Member Experience Officer. Hayes assumed responsibilities on July 25, 2022.
Hayes states, "I'm excited to join Workers as the new Executive Vice President & Chief Member Experience Officer. This is a new role for Workers, and they have done a tremendous job putting their vision of "Improving the daily lives of our members" into action and creating a foundation for the Worker's Way to grow and flourish. I am looking forward to joining the Workers team of talented professionals to take their strategy to the next level and continue to achieve outstanding results for the members, the organization, and the employees."
Most recently, Hayes was a part of Cape Elizabeth Consultants, LLC. Previously, Hayes served as President/CEO of Infinity Federal Credit Union and Executive Vice President & Chief Administrative Officer of Affinity Plus Federal Credit Union.
Hayes loves to run and plans to run a road race with her daughter in a couple of weeks. She belongs to a writing club and attends writing retreats throughout the year, including spending a week in an 11th-century manor in southern Italy a couple of years ago. Most weekends during the summer, Hayes spends time in her garden in Cape Elizabeth, Maine.
