Elevations Credit Union grows mortgage team in Metro Denver and Northern Colorado

Elevations Credit Union announces the addition of three industry-leading Mortgage Loan Officers: Ian Bennett, Derek Erickson and John Gilfedder.

Ian Bennett has been a mortgage professional since 2006. He uses a consultative approach to determine which loan program will help his clients achieve their overall goals, whether they are first-time homebuyers or seasoned investors. Bennett is based at Elevations’ new mortgage loan office at 1 Environmental Way in Broomfield.

Derek Erickson has over 20 years of experience and prides himself on helping his clients understand mortgage loans and guiding them through the home buying process. As a Marine Corps Veteran, he specializes in VA loans and understands the unique challenges and situations common to Active Duty and Veterans alike. Originally from Boulder, Erickson is based out of the Loveland branch.

John Gilfedder also holds over 20 years of financial industry experience. He takes a comprehensive view to the needs of every client in order to find the most appropriate loan program to fit their needs. Gilfedder is based out of the Broomfield/Westminster branch.
