The Education Credit Union Council (ECUC) announces the appointment of their new Board President Joanne Todd which took place at ECUC’s Annual Meeting held in Clearwater Beach on February 7th. Joanne Todd, President/CEO of Northeast Family Federal Credit Union served as ECUC Treasurer for two years prior to being elected President. “Education differentiates credit unions and ECUC is where education really makes a difference. It’s an honor to serve credit unions that give to their community” said Ms. Todd. Daniel Berry President/CEO of Duke Federal Credit Union has been elected to serve as Treasurer. Chris Conway of Educational Systems Federal Credit Union remains as Vice President while Frances Godfrey of BlueOx Credit Union continues to serve as Secretary.
Connie Roy, President / CEO of Lafayette Schools Federal Credit Union has been elected to serve a three-year term vacated by Bill Sweeney of CORE FCU, who completed his final term with ECUC. Bill was one of the longest serving directors who was ECUC President in the past year concluding with the 45th Annual Conference.
Cindy Potts of Class Act Federal Credit Union and Walton Greene of California Credit Union also serve on the ECUC Board; both are directors at their respective credit unions.
