DOVER, DE (August 6, 2013) -- Dover Federal Credit Union is proud to announce that Leslie Hazelton Odell has been hired as our new Residential Lending Coordinator.
Ms. Odell comes to Dover Federal from Citizens Bank, where she served as a Banker 1, working with checking, savings, credit, and mortgage lending products. While at Citizens, she was selected as one of an “Elite Team” in mortgage lending and consultant referrals. Her analysis and review of documentation was an invaluable aid to upper management ‘s profitability forecasts and general decision-making.
Ms. Odell has over 18 years of experience in management of personnel and operations, with expertise in team building and cross-functional leadership. Additionally, while with HSBC she held the role of branch manager and supported the mortgage lending area. She holds an Associates Degree from St. Petersburg Junior College in St. Petersburg, Florida. In addition, she has over 50 credit hours in Business Studies.
Originally from Rome, New York, Ms. Odell has been a resident of Delaware for 11 years. She lives with her husband and two sons in Milford, where she has been active with the Boys’ and Girls’ Club, Milford Parks and Recreation, as well as various Chambers of Commerce.
