Del-One Federal Credit Union has been honored as a Top Workplace AGAIN for 2024 in the Delaware Online/The News Journal’s Top Workplaces in Delaware awards. Top Workplaces are “places that employees describe as taking corporate responsibility, offering flexible working options and promoting team-building opportunities”. Del-One teammates were given an anonymous survey allowing employees to rate their workplace culture. Through these results and comments from teammates, Del-One not only won the Top Workplace award, but also the coveted Direction Award, for receiving the top score when teammates were asked the question “I believe this company is going in the right direction”.
