LIBERTY LAKE, WA (February 27, 2013) - CU*NorthWest recently held two regional user events in February for current clients of their core processor solution CU*BASE® GOLD. Greg Smith, CEO of CU*NorthWest and Jim Vilker, NCCO of the AuditLink division of CU*Answers Management Services were presenters at this year’s events. The main training focus was on managing 2013 auditing priorities using new software tools included in CU*BASE GOLD with an additional focus on the perspective of expanding opportunities by defending through risk mitigation your plans to succeed.
In addition to the focus on audit and risk management tools like concentration risk analysis, ERM and abnormal activity monitoring, member retention dashboards and “smart messaging” features were reviewed in addition to other enhancements included in the last two general software releases. Clients also participated in roundtable exchanges as peers. “We strongly believe that peer to peer exchange drives value in our network and work to create an environment for this to occur” said Greg Smith, CEO.
The first event was held in Southern California at South Bay Credit Union while the second one was held at CU*NorthWest headquarters in Liberty Lake, WA. CU*NorthWest saw the majority of its clients at these two events which take place annually to help drive collaborative solutions amongst credit unions while educating clients on how to increase operational efficiencies by taking advantage of the latest updates of CU*BASE GOLD.
