CUNA announces Governmental Affairs Conference to be held March 8-12, 2015 in Washington, D.C.
WASHINGTON, D.C. (September 25, 2014) — The Credit Union National Association’s 2015 Governmental Affairs Conference (GAC) will be held March 8-12, 2015 at the Washington Convention Center in Washington D.C. CUNA’s GAC is the credit union movement’s largest conference and has the biggest impact politically for the credit union cause, bringing more than 4,000 credit union executives and board members to advocate for credit unions in the nation’s capital.
“From my time on the Hill, I know the power of a unified, positive message,” remarked Jim Nussle, CUNA President and CEO. “I’m looking forward to joining forces with thousands of credit union influencers to bring our message to lawmakers in March.”
Recognized as the premier conference to attend for political impact, credit union networking and world-class keynote speakers, the GAC will also offer industry-focused breakout sessions, the largest financial services exhibitor showcase, guest/family programs to tour Washington’s sights, and special entertainment.
Keynote and other speakers and session topics will be announced in the weeks to come. For more information and to register, please go to gac.cuna.org.
