CUNA announces dates for 2019 World-Class Service Leadership School

After a 2018 sellout crowd, CUNA has announced the dates for the 2019 CUNA World-Class Service Leadership School. From May 14-16, 2019, at The Ritz-Carlton, Denver, attendees will learn from some of the top minds in service and company culture, and discover ways to apply those lessons at their credit union.

“This school is a unique experience from beginning to end,” said Amanda Schumacher, instructional design manager at CUNA. “By hearing from The Ritz-Carlton and other providers of exemplary service, attendees can discover innovative and exciting ways to create great experiences for their members.”

The school will feature sessions led by Rick Olson, renowned credit union speaker and author of “Unleash Your Greatness.” From simple solutions to complex issues, this conference incorporates diverse learning opportunities and audience participation to help credit union professionals discover ways to improve their service strategy.

“This training is not only impactful, but is extremely pertinent to the state of service your credit union delivers to your membership,” said Kevin Kirk, Employee Development Manager at Evansville Teachers FCU. “The concepts are not only easy to follow, but they are non-negotiable in our service industry. After this training I walked away with a new passion, zeal and commitment to providing world-class service to our membership.”
