CU*Answers Selects CU Training

GRAND RAPIDS, MI – November 1, 2012 - The credit union-owned cooperative CUSO, CU*Answers, announced that it has selected the CU Training System for online education for use by their 200+ credit union clients, and staff.

“The CU Training System will provide our credit unions with the industry’s premier e-Learning system and allow CU*Answers to more effectively support our clients with our CU*BASE® online courses,” said Laura Welch-Vilker, VP of Client Services and Education at CU*Answers.

CU*Answers will create its own online CU*BASE courses by using the MENTOR course-authoring program included with CU Training’s LMS – The Learning Center (TLC). “Combined with TLC’s online forums function, MENTOR assures us that our credit unions will always have access to the most recent, detailed training content,” Welch-Vilker stated
