GRAND RAPIDS, MI – November 23, 2012 - The credit union-owned cooperative CUSO, CU*Answers, announced the 2013 Education Catalog has been compiled, designed, and delivered to all its client credit unions.
The year started out with a bang by adding a new partner, CU Training Inc. to deliver new online classes to all credit union staff. Out of our 114 courses being offered in the 2013 Catalog, 22 are new or revised, including a new category: Enterprise Risk Management. This new category consists of five courses ranging from Using CU*BASE® Tools for Bank Secrecy ACT (BSA) Compliance to Using CU*BASE Tools to Calculate Risk.
The Catalog advertises nearly 80 web conference offerings with more to come throughout the year as we add special events, our Free Education Express classes, and other industry or software relevant classes. We continue to offer classroom events as well for those clients that prefer more personal interaction and the opportunity to network with their peers.
