Staff additions reflect growth and CUSO’s expanding footprint as a credit union business partner
SCOTTSDALE, AZ (May 7, 2013) CU Realty Services, a CUSO that offers a complete real estate services package to credit unions, has expanded its marketing and sales efforts by adding two new positions, Director of Marketing and Regional Sales Director, to its staff team.
Tandy Vincent was hired as Director of Marketing, where she is now responsible for three major components of the CUSO’s business: brand strategy, new business acquisition, and channel development. Vincent’s hire marks a return to CU Realty for the Phoenix-based Director, who worked previously for the company seven years ago. Before CU Realty, she owned her own consulting business and held marketing management positions at several high-tech companies, including a Fortune 500 company and a start-up dot-com. Vincent attended Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge.
Penny Pepper was hired as Regional Sales Director. She is responsible for developing and maintaining new business partnerships with credit unions in the West, with the primary focus on California. Prior to CU Realty, she served as Western Area Sales Manager for Computershare and Regional Vice President of Moore Business Communication Services. Pepper’s background is strong in the Financial Services segment, where she has spent the majority of her career in sales and sales management.
