Credit Union West announces new valley branch locations
GLENDALE, AZ (July 3, 2024) — Credit Union West is proud to share its plans for growth in Arizona, expanding its branch network from 12 to 14 locations by the end of 2025. The new branches will be located in Phoenix, Peoria, and Buckeye.
The Biltmore branch is now open in the Camelback Corridor of Phoenix on 16th Street just north of Camelback Road. Two additional branch locations are in the development phase. The Lake Pleasant branch will be located in the bustling Lake Pleasant Towne Center at Lake Pleasant Parkway and Happy Valley Road in Peoria. Construction is expected to be completed in early 2025. Additionally, the Buckeye branch will be situated in the up-and-coming development just off I-10 and Verrado Way. The branch is scheduled to open in late 2025.
With significant economic development and growth occurring in these areas, Credit Union West has strategically placed the new branch locations in these communities to support both population and business growth.

With their growing tenancy needs, Credit Union West turned to ELi Mastracci with Phoenix West Commercial to fulfill their leasing goals. The boutique commercial real estate firm, located in Goodyear, Arizona, was founded in 2012. ELi Mastracci serves as both Principal and Vice President of Phoenix West Commercial, specializing in office tenant representation across the southwest United States.
“Credit Union West has undergone multiple branch expansions in the past few years, spanning across the Metropolitan Phoenix area,” said Roch. “The current market has been especially difficult to negotiate lease space in the retail area, however, with ELi’s assistance, we successfully secured three suitable sites for our branches.
