CEO Neil Kool is pleased to announce the appointment of Corey Napier as Regional Vice President of Structure First (www.structurefirst.com), the Cincinnati, OH-based national financial institution consultancy and program management firm specializing in the design, bid, and building of financial facilities, including banks and credit unions.
A native of Nashville, TN, Napier will concentrate on furthering the organization’s strong foothold throughout the South and expanding into new territories.
Since opening an office in Tennessee in 2018, Structure First has established strong relationships with local multi-branch financial institutions and construction partners alike. According to Kool, “Napier is known for providing strategic, hands-on leadership to complex growth endeavors. In addition to leadership roles at Regions’ predecessor banks and First Horizon, highlights from Napier’s distinguished career include serving as Chief Operating Officer, Corporate Artworks, LTD, where he assisted in a turnaround leading to a successful sale to a strategic buyer; Nashville Market Leader, Waddell & Associates, Inc., where he focused on building a book of business by serving small business owners and entrepreneurs; and Head of Business Development, LBMC PC & Affiliate LLCs, where he executed multiple revenue growth strategies across eight professional services affiliates.

A “Community Connector,” Napier served as Mayor/Town Administrator, Town of Thompson’s Station (2008-2022). His board affiliations include Pinson Hospital Hospitality House, Oasis Center, Junior Achievement Middle Tennessee, Community Resource Center, and Young Leaders Council.
Napier is a graduate of the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, TN (B.S., Business) and Owen Graduate School of Business, Vanderbilt University.
A 25-year resident of Thompson’s Station, TN, Napier is married to Robynne Napier, owner and managing partner of Circa Grill, a “local favorite.” Outside of meeting new folks at their community restaurant, the Napiers enjoy travel and working on their farm. They are also the proud parents of three children.
