Consumers Credit Union announces the appointment of two new mortgage loan officers, Hannah Ritzenhein and Lana Cortes, who will be serving the Cascade and 54th Street offices respectively.
Ritzenhein brings along her background in loan processing and has seen success as a mortgage loan officer due to her deep understanding of the operational side of mortgage lending.
“I look forward to serving the Cascade office and helping people navigate one of the largest financial decisions of their lives,” says Rtizenhein. “I have a passion for education and coaching members.”
Joining Ritzenhein in the Grand Rapids area is Lana Cortes at the 54th Street office. Cortes has a decade of banking experience, starting as a teller and eventually specializing in helping people achieve their dream of homeownership.
“I am committed to making a positive impact in the community,” says Cortes. “I strive to empower people to achieve financial freedom and peace of mind.”
As a bilingual professional, Cortes is equipped to assist Spanish-speaking members throughout the homebuying application and process at the credit union.
