CommunityWide FCU’s Andrew Burggraf receives Professional Achievement Award

INDIANAPOLIS, IN (October 10, 2024) — Andrew Burggraf, President/CEO of CommunityWide Federal Credit Union in South Bend, received the Professional Achievement Award from the Indiana Credit Union League on October 4 during the Credit Union Award Celebration, a special event during the League’s annual convention.

Burggraf has been associated with the credit union since 1984. He became chief operating officer in 1998 and was named CEO in 2014. Today, he oversees eleven offices in northern Indiana, has 85 employees, and serves more than 70,000 members. Under his leadership as CEO, the asset size doubled, and CommunityWide FCU added a variety of partners to serve their members, staying ahead of the curve when it comes to innovation.

He has also served on the boards of Community Homebuyers Corporation and Goodwill Ventures, and he is the chair of the finance council for St. Jude Parish in South Bend.

The Professional Achievement Award recognizes Indiana credit union Presidents/CEOs for their professional accomplishments, commitment to the credit union movement, and contributions to their credit union and community.
