LATHAM, NY (May 20, 2013) Community Resource Federal Credit Union collected 8,500 cans and bottles for redemption to support Mohawk Hudson Humane Society (MHHS) on Saturday, May 18, 2013 at its 20 Wade Road, Latham office.
“We’ve been collecting bottles for MHHS for several years. Every few weeks we drop off bottles that we collect and we hold a bottle drive each May. With $96,000 in revenue earned last year, bottle redemption is a huge source of income for MHHS,” said Wendy Meola, Director of Marketing.
