Royal Credit Union (Royal) announces Cody Kroening’s promotion to Business Banking Officer. In this position, Kroening’s responsibilities entail building relationships with new and existing business Members by providing support, service, and assistance with lending needs. He is based in Stillwater and serves Stillwater, Hugo, and surrounding communities.
Since 2017, Kroening has held a variety of positions at Royal, starting as Member Account Representative and most recently serving as a Business Loan Representative. Kroening attended University of Wisconsin – Eau Claire where he earned a Bachelor of Science and a certificate in Geographic Information Systems. He also completed the Financial Counseling Certification Program (FiCEP) through America’s Credit Unions.
Kroening is an active member in Royal’s internal Young Professionals Group, a part of Vadnais Heights Economic Development Corporation’s North Metro Young Professionals 2024 Cohort, and supports organizations such as Friends of Interstate Park and White Bear Area Food Shelf. In his new position, Kroening is looking forward to working with business members to assist them in making their financial dreams a reality while creating an impactful member experience.
