Centra Credit Union names Lynne Coverdale as new mortgage loan consultant
Coverdale will serve the Indianapolis metro area
COLUMBUS, IN (September 17, 2024) — Lynne Coverdale has joined Centra Credit Union’s team of experienced mortgage loan consultants. Coverdale has worked in the mortgage industry for more than 35 years and most recently served as a mortgage loan originator at Merchants Bank.
“Centra is excited to welcome Lynne to our team, and we look forward to seeing the value she creates for our Members who do their mortgage business with us,” Centra Vice President of Mortgage Loan Consulting Tom Lannan said. “Lynne brings extensive experience in the field and has a passion for helping homebuyers understand the ins and outs of the mortgage process.”
Coverdale is a graduate from the University of Northern Colorado and holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management Administration. She went on to attain her MBA in Business Management Administration from Indiana Wesleyan University and is an Affiliate Member Graduate of the Real Estate Leadership Academy.
“I’m excited to join the team at Centra Credit Union where the mission is ‘Centered Around You,’” Coverdale said. “I’ve dedicated my 35-plus year mortgage career to helping homebuyers and homeowners accomplish their home financing goals by listening, educating and solving the needs of the individuals, couples and families I’m blessed to meet and serve.”
Throughout her career in the mortgage industry, Coverdale has served as a loan processor, underwriter and mortgage loan originator just to name a few. She’s also served as president and CEO of her own mortgage brokerage.
Coverdale enjoys getting involved in her community and is constantly finding additional outlets to provide support. Coverdale is a committee member for the Women of Vision/Riverview Health Foundation annual luncheon which seeks to raise money for women and children in need. She’s also a special needs ministry classroom leader for White River Christian Church Teen Group and has served on various boards for local non-profit organizations.
