Centra Credit Union has promoted Chrissy Bailey to serve as the Credit Union’s new President of Centra Financial Services. Bailey’s new role adds oversight and strategic leadership to Centra’s financial services team (Centra Financial Services), CFS Title, Centra’s community involvement department and Onward, Centra’s newest team, which focuses on providing inclusive financial services.
“I’m incredibly honored to have the opportunity to work directly with dedicated and experienced teams of financial professionals as they work to help the communities we serve reach their financial goals,” Bailey said. “I’m excited to see the value we will create for current and future Members.”
Bailey most recently served as the Senior Vice President of Centra’s marketing department, overseeing corporate communications, digital marketing, community involvement, business development and Member experience.
“I am excited for Chrissy as she transitions into this new role and look forward to the expanded impact that she and our Centra Financial Services team will have on our stakeholders that we serve, both today and into the future,” Chief Growth Officer Brad Davis said.
Bailey has been with Centra for more than 10 years and started her career with Centra as a marketing communications specialist, quickly working up to her most recent role as Senior Vice President of Marketing. Prior to joining Centra, Bailey held various positions in broadcast news.
