Synergent is pleased to announce that Cedar Falls Community Credit Union recently signed a ten-year agreement for hosted Symitar® Episys® core processing. The new contract marks Synergent’s first core agreement with an Iowa-based credit union.

The credit union has also selected Synergent to deliver additional service solutions. Ten-year agreements have been signed for Synergent to host other services from Jack Henry including the Banno Digital Platform, bill pay and mobile deposit capture. Additional services have also been signed with Wycom Laser Check Printing as well as Synergent check processing and marketing services.

Cedar Falls Community Credit Union, headquartered in Cedar Falls, Iowa has over 9,000 members and over $170 million in assets. The credit union, originally chartered to serve the needs of a local machinists union, now has a field of membership that includes individuals who live and work in 20 Iowa counties.
