Casey Nichols named Chief Human Resources Officer at Connexus Credit Union
WAUSAU, WI (October 2, 2024) — Connexus Credit Union proudly announces the appointment of Casey Nichols to the Executive Leadership Team, where he will serve as the Chief Human Resources Officer.
As an accomplished senior vice president and human resources (HR) executive with over two decades of experience, Nichols joins Connexus from Bank of America, where he most recently served as the head of HR for workplace benefits.
Throughout his career, Nichols has served as the head of HR for numerous business units, including Global Technology & Operations, Consumer Contact Centers, the Mortgage division, and Wealth Management. During each appointment, he established a strong track record for his focus on enhancing performance metrics through organizational transformation, investing in talent development, fostering employee engagement, and driving revenue and operational efficiencies.
