DC Credit Union president/CEO Carla Decker and Credit Union National Association (CUNA) Chief Operating Officer (COO) Jill Tomalin have been elected to serve on the Board of Directors of the National Cooperative Business Association CLUSA International (NCBA CLUSA). Decker will serve as the new board chair and Tomalin will serve as board secretary, effective June 16.
“It is an honor to represent CUNA and bring the credit union voice to the international cooperative movement,” Tomalin said. “I want to congratulate Carla on her new role as chair of NCBA CLUSA and look forward to working alongside her. Credit unions are proud participants of the values-based, cooperative business model. We are thrilled to see our credit unions system represented at NCBA CLUSA.”
DC Credit Union is a member of CUNA and Decker has been a member of NCBA CLUSA’s Board of Directors since 2015.
