Kiara Strickland was recently promoted to member services manager west region at Capital Credit Union’s Hazen Branch, located at 145 Main St. E.
As member services manager west region, Strickland will supervise frontline-service staff at the credit union’s Hazen and New Salem branches, executing strategies to help achieve the credit union’s growth goals. She will be responsible for providing members with services on a variety of complex transactions while following the credit union’s core values and service standards.
Strickland has been with Capital Credit Union since July 2023, most recently as a universal services representative at the Hazen Branch. Prior to joining Capital Credit Union, she worked as a customer service representative at Dakota Community Bank & Trust. Strickland earned an associate in arts degree and associate in science degree from Bismarck State College in 2021 and currently lives in Beulah.
