VERNON HILLS, IL (March 26, 2013) - BCU has been named to the Center for Companies That Care (CTC) Honor Roll for the ninth consecutive year.
Center for Companies That Care announced its 11th Annual Honor Roll recognizing employers for outstanding workplace practices and active community involvement.
The Honor Roll celebrates U.S.-based organizations of all sizes in diverse industries. The 2013 Honor Roll includes 85% privately held and 15% publicly traded organizations as well as not-for-profit employers representing nine industries and six states. Two key components of the selection process are a written application and employee survey results.

BCU and other Honor Roll recipients located throughout the country are selected for their adherence to all 10 Characteristics of socially responsible employers. Each of the organizations named to the Honor Roll is recognized as showing its steadfast commitment to employees and community in sustaining a work environment founded on dignity and respect, developing great leaders, communicating standards of ethics and integrity, and participating in initiatives that support the community.
