Bay Federal Credit Union selects Janice Bunao as new AVP/Branch Manager of the Freedom Branch

Bay Federal Credit Union has selected Janice Bunao as the new assistant vice president/branch manager of its Freedom Branch.

Bunao has a proven track record in member service, leadership, and building member relationships. She has previously held the position of AVP/Branch Manager at Bay Federal’s Aptos and River Street locations, successfully leading her teams at each.

Bunao joined Bay Federal in 2010. In 2016, she was the recipient of the Service Excellence Award, Bay Federal’s most prestigious award for employees. She also has served on Bay Federal’s award-winning employee volunteer program leadership team, and currently serves at the Freedom Rotary Club.

“I have worked at Bay Federal for nearly nine years, and I love the culture,” Bunao said. “I’m excited to showcase my leadership skills at the Freedom location while making a real difference with our membership. I look forward to bringing a new team to success.”
