Bay Federal Credit Union has introduced Marissa Ledesma as the new Branch Manager/Assistant Vice President of its Aptos Branch. In her role, Mrs. Ledesma will draw from nearly a decade of experience at Bay Federal to connect members in the Aptos community with the best financial solutions available to them.
After working her way up from a teller position to a loan officer position and then team lead, Mrs. Ledesma most recently acted as Interim Branch Manager/AVP for the Aptos Branch. She embraced the opportunity to learn as much as she could and is committed to giving her team the same opportunities for upward mobility that she has benefitted from at Bay Federal.
Going forward, she intends to lead the Aptos Branch by exceeding member service standards, mentoring staff, and becoming a more involved community partner.
“This branch is really special to me. Over the years, I’ve built relationships with many of the members here,” said Mrs. Ledesma. “I look forward to being able to lift up our community in a way I haven’t before.”
Mrs. Ledesma is a Soquel High School alumna and was born and raised in the Santa Cruz area. She currently resides with her husband in Capitola.
