Baltimore County Employees Federal Credit Union names three to leadership team

Baltimore County Employees Federal Credit Union has tapped three new members of its executive management team.

Lisa Albin joined the credit union in July with 30 years’ experience in marketing, communications, advertising, and public relations, most recently in the human services and senior living fields. As vice president of marketing she will facilitate member acquisition and engagement and is responsible for advertising, promotions, public relations, and business development.  She holds a bachelor’s degree and a master’s degree in mass communication from Towson University.

Jennifer Bowers joined the credit union in July with 30 years’ experience in marketing, brand management, marketing communications and content development, most recently with Cushman & Wakefield where she led local and national teams as Director of Content Marketing.  In the new position of vice president of planning and product development, she will focus on product development, process improvement and strengthening the member experience.  She holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Indiana University of Pennsylvania.

Keith Seeley joined the credit union in August as the vice president of finance.  He will oversee the accounting and finance activities of the credit union.  Keith has served financial institutions for over 15 years, most recently as a Principal at Rowles & Company, LLP, managing the Credit Union practice.  He holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Towson University.
