Ascribe Appoints Lora Helt SVP of national sales
New hire will further the company’s plan for continued expansion among mortgage lenders and servicers
CHICAGO, IL (October 22, 2024) — Ascribe, a national provider of residential and commercial valuation, evaluation, property inspection, and REO services to mortgage lenders and servicers, has appointed mortgage industry veteran Lora Helt as its senior vice president of national sales.

I have known Lora for years and she is the perfect fit for this role.”

Like the vast majority of Ascribe’s executives and many of the company’s customer-facing staff, Helt brings years of experience in mortgage origination and servicing to her role.
Helt’s career includes executive roles with Altisource and Bradford Technologies as well as certification and experience as a licensed residential appraiser. In 2023, she won HousingWire’s prestigious Women of Influence award.
