The 2017 CUNA Technology Council Conference and CUNA Operations, Sales & Service Council Conference will be held Oct. 1-4 and co-located in Phoenix. The conferences provide a venue for professionals in both fields to connect with peers, find approaches to emerging challenges and discover ways to innovate at their credit unions.
“Relevance is a top priority for every credit union technology professional, and events like this help us to achieve it,” said Conference Committee Chair and EVP Technology and Digital Innovation, Virginia CU, Richmond, VA. “Joined by a wide cross section of the technology field, attendees of this conference learn how to improve their performance and place themselves at the forefront of the movement.”
“Operations, sales and service have been transformed by innovation and disruption in recent years,” said Heather Lally, Conference Committee Chair and VP Operations, Alliant CU, Chicago. “With our conference, professionals can fully examine the state of all three fields and take advantage of changing trends to deliver better results.”
The conferences will open with a joint keynote address delivered by Millennial and Gen Z Expert and Best Selling Author Unlock The Power of Generations To Grow Your Business, Jason Dorsey.
Throughout the conference, attendees will explore important issues in their fields during expert-led breakout sessions. Other activities on the agenda include networking activities and a vendor showcase, which will feature a public Speed Round competition.
The conferences will also host the Excellence in Technology Awards and CUNA Operations, Sales & Service Council Awards, which celebrate exceptional achievements in both fields.
