America’s Credit Union Conference set for June 25-28, 2017 in Las Vegas

Credit Union National Association has officially opened registration for its 2017 America’s Credit Union Conference, June 25-28 in Las Vegas. The conference is the leading credit union industry conference, focused on helping leaders discover ways to grow and advance the credit union movement. The conference brings together bright, dedicated minds to discuss the strategies and trends that will propel the industry forward and power its continued success.

The conference brings to life four powerful and strategic themes that impact the credit union market: Inspiration, Disruption, Resilience and Engagement. Speakers and sessions amplify the topics so that attendees can dive deep into critical business issues at the heart of each of these themes.

“The conference is designed to directly address the larger forces affecting our industry and our work,” says Jim Nussle, president and CEO of Credit Union National Association. “By coming together, we will learn how to navigate — and thrive in — our rapidly changing financial landscape.”

CUNA will continue its partnership with CUNA Mutual Group to offer Discovery Sessions at the conference. Addressing pertinent issues for credit unions, these small sessions provide a small-group forum for credit unions to hear best practices and share their ideas and experiences. Details on specific speakers and sessions will be released over the course of the next few weeks.

This year’s conference kicks off with an important Women’s Leadership pre-Conference event, featuring hands-on workshops and networking sessions for executives and managers across the industry. Additionally, CUNA will integrate Community Credit Union movement sessions into the conference, with sessions specifically exploring the role credit unions play in building local communities and our local economies.

Las Vegas is a premiere event and entertainment destination, with an unparalleled combination of restaurants, entertainment, spas, shopping, and nightlife. More adventurous attendees can explore the desert mountains, historic landmarks and world-class golfing within a short drive of this business and entertainment capital.
