American 1 Credit Union holds 72nd Annual Meeting
JACKSON, MI (August 29, 2022) — American 1 Credit Union elected multiple officer positions during its 72nd Annual Meeting on Thursday, August 18, at American 1’s newly renovated Home Office Branch.
Those elected during the meeting included Philip E. Hoffman as Board Chair, Frank Weathers as Board Vice Chair, Julie Alexander as Board Treasurer, and Angella Arnold as Board Secretary.
Also, Directors Linda Schaub, Cheryl Schantz, and Tim Hernandez will continue their service on the American 1 Board of Directors.
“The primary job of our board of directors is to look out for our members’ interests. Having a board that represents the diversity of our membership is important to us,” American 1 President and CEO Martha Fuerstenau said. “We are thankful for the American 1 Board of Directors who are selfless volunteers dedicated to the credit union and our membership.”
