ALM First announces keynote speaker for 2024 Financial Forum, early bird registration ends soon

DALLAS, TX (August 14, 2024) — Dr. Jessica Kriegel, Chief Scientist of Workplace Culture for Culture Partners, will be the keynote speaker for ALM First’s 2024 Financial Forum. Early bird registration ends August 16 for the annual event, which will be held September 22 – 25 at The Ritz-Carlton, Dove Mountain in Marana, AZ.

As a data scientist, Kriegel’s mission is to ‘quantify culture.’ During her keynote, she will share actionable insights and best practices from her groundbreaking research on driving results through culture with Financial Forum attendees.

“Culture is vital to any organization. We’re so excited to bring a Fortune 100 Thought Leader, international keynote speaker, and author like Dr. Kriegel to this year’s Financial Forum,” said Emily Hollis, CFA, CEO of ALM First. “As we see more of our clients pursue mergers and acquisitions, cultural alignment has become even more important in achieving sustainable growth and financial success.”

Kriegel’s doctoral research and practical application through consulting engagements with Oracle, Toyota, Lockheed Martin, and Bank of America to name a few, led to the Culture Equation – a tested model where strategy combines with culture to deliver consistent results. Today, Jessica applies data-driven insights to dismantle the chaos of poor morale, low performance, and missed financial goals.

“I’m looking forward to sharing my research-based learnings and strategy with industry leaders this September at ALM First’s Financial Forum,” says Kriegel. “Like many other industries, financial institutions are ripe for progress, innovation, and data-fueled transformations to create cultures that drive results.”

In addition to Kriegel’s keynote, ALM First’s management team, well-known for their expertise in ALM, investment portfolio strategies, loan transactions, merger advisory, secondary marketing, executive benefits, enterprise risk management, and balance sheet management, will lead educational presentations and discussions along with outside experts. The staff will also offer updates on the economy and insights into current trends affecting the industry and what a financial institution needs to be successful.

Attendees may earn more than 13 CPE credits. ALM First is committed to providing unbiased advice and education, and attendees can enjoy networking opportunities without pressure from external sponsors.
