Allegacy celebrates “Mortgage-Free 2023” sweepstakes at its newest Charlotte branch

WINSTON-SALEM, NC (October 28, 2022) — Allegacy Federal Credit Union celebrated the grand opening of its newest location in Charlotte on Tuesday, October 18 with its “Mortgage-Free 2023” sweepstakes. One winner will earn the top prize of up to $23,000 in qualifying Allegacy’s Mortgage Eliminator payments during their first year of mortgage.

The new financial center is located at 3021 Prosperity Church Road in Charlotte. Last week’s grand opening marked the credit union’s 18th location in North Carolina. Guests and Allegacy staff of the grand opening gathered to celebrate with a ribbon-cutting ceremony, refreshments and the sweepstakes announcement. Speakers at the event included Michael Orzech, co-founder and chief operating officer of the Charlotte Area Chamber of Commerce, and Reneé Johnson, District 4 representative on the Charlotte City Council.

“Offering this impactful sweepstakes to one fortunate member is yet another example of how Allegacy gives back to its members in the community,” said Allegacy CEO Cathy Pace. “As we grow in membership and throughout the state, we will continue to seek creative ways for members to achieve financial success.”
