Addition Financial Credit Union is pleased to announce that Betsy Thompson has been promoted to the position of Director of Commercial Lending and Business Services. In her new role, Betsy will oversee the credit union’s commercial lending production, as well as manage the servicing of business member accounts.
After beginning a career in the financial industry in 2010, Betsy joined Addition Financial in 2023 as a Commercial Loan Administration Manager, bringing along a valuable background in commercial loan operations, business development, and technology innovation. Before starting with Addition Financial, she garnered experience managing and overseeing complex commercial loans with Cogent Bank and Truist.

Betsy holds a bachelor’s degree from Tennessee Technological University in Business Administration and Management and enjoys serving her community through volunteering with a variety of Central Florida nonprofit organizations.
