52 earn CCUE designation at 2017 CUNA Management School

Graduates of the 2017 CUNA Management School, held July 16-26 in Madison, earned 52 Certified Credit Union Executive (CCUE) designations. Awarded upon completion of all three years of the school, the designation signifies full knowledge of and preparedness for credit union leadership.

“The credit union movement has 52 new leaders who are ready to drive real results and progress,” said Kristin Ryan, director of learning events at Credit Union National Association. “By completing the long journey to become CCUEs, these designees have gained skills that will help them advance into higher executive roles and provide the kind of leadership that elevates their entire staff. We congratulate them all.”

A comprehensive leadership development program, CUNA Management School includes three years of interactive sessions, hands-on activities and intensive projects that teach attendees the core concepts, responsibilities and best practices of credit union leadership.

At the conclusion of the school, attendees test for the CCUE designation, which is recognized throughout the credit union industry. More than 5,000 credit union professionals to date have become CCUEs. A full list of 2017 designees is attached to this release.

The 2018 CUNA Management School will be held July 15-25, 2018, in Madison. To learn more and register for the school, please visitcuna.org/cms.
