Leadership through transformation

It’s an honor to be invited to speak at NAFCU’s Congressional Caucus, Sept. 10-13 in Washington, D.C. Thank you to NAFCU President/CEO Dan Berger for the generous invitation.

I look forward to joining Dan onstage to welcome attendees, talk credit union issues, and meet with credit union leaders to answer questions and discuss the intended merger during the caucus.

I also announced this week that CUNA EVP/Chief Operating Officer Jill Tomalin and NAFCU EVP/Chief Operating Officer Anthony Demangone will lead our Transformation Steering Group.

This group will ensure we’re getting the best of both organizations, gathering input from all stakeholders, and focusing on the “tent poles” that will stand up America’s Credit Unions: advocacy, compliance, education and training, and a single, united voice.
