Allegacy Federal Credit Union’s CXO Ashley Kohlrus is the next finalist in our CUES Next Top Credit Union Exec interview series. Ashley’s project focuses on “Mapping the Member Experience” through her credit union’s delivery channels and identifying what impressions it creates along the way (and where impressions may be enhanced). In order to do so, she and her team evaluate products/services/programs, talking with members, empowering employees, and really listening to determine where they can continue to improve—inside and out.
