Great news: NAFCU and Gallagher are preparing to publish the 15th annual NAFCU–Gallagher Executive Compensation and Benefits Survey.

This is our yearly deep dive focused on the executive benefit packages currently being offered to the top five executives at each credit union across the U.S. We ask about salary, bonuses, and nonqualified benefits, as well as fringe benefits, vehicle allowance, demographic profiles, and more. The survey report provides the details you need to know to help stay competitive and retain key employees.
