Crashing in a word: Rollercoaster
There is a lot that I could say about my experience Crashing the GAC. I had incredible highs as I got to know the amazing group of 50+ Crashers from across the country and learn their stories, hear what credit unions mean to them and their communities, and build what I hope, and believe, will be a lasting community. I also got the chance to attend a conference and fully immerse myself in the experience, without thinking about what signs need to be put up or is the press release for the day ready to go. But it was also overwhelming, both because of the sheer size and not understanding some of the ins and outs of credit unions that everyone else could take for granted.
In a word, it was a rollercoaster.
I am not going to give a full replay of my experience, but there is one thing I want to share. On the first full day of Crashing, Andy Janning spoke with the Crashers. During his talk, he challenged us to come up with one word, one picture, and one change each day.
